All identification provided must match the name on the Examination Registration Form, Registration Confirmation Notice, and your course completion certificates. The second ID must have your signature and preprinted legal name. One must be a VALID form of government-issued identification (DriverвЂ™s License, State ID, or Passport) which bears your signature and has your photograph. You must provide 2 forms of identification. If this is an issue for you, please contact PSI two weeks prior to your examination date. When you have passed both portions of the examination (within a three year period), you may apply for licensure by submitting a completed application to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
